Tannins & Your Drinking Water

If you have tannins in your drinking water, we can help.

Tannins are decaying organic vegetation (leaves, grass, moss, etc.) that are too small to be filtered and are introduced through shallow wells or surface water, although deep wells can have tannins as well. Tannins are visible and can be mistaken for iron. Tannins can be easily removed with an ion exchange system utilizing tannin-specific resin.
