Quality Water Northwest COVID-19 Update:

We are carefully monitoring the coronavirus situation locally and globally and will continue to take direction from the CDC. Our focus is to ensure we meet customer needs while keeping our employees and community safe.

According to the EPA, the COVID-19 virus has not been detected in drinking-water supplies. Based on current evidence, the risk to water supplies is low. The EPA has established regulations with treatment requirements for public water systems that prevent waterborne pathogens such as viruses from contaminating drinking water and wastewater.

When a Quality Water Northwest technician comes to your home, we will be practicing all measures recommended by the CDC. We will be wearing facial masks and gloves, practice social distancing, and will disinfect equipment upon completion of service.

We are conscientious and supportive of our community and will do our part in controlling the spread of the coronavirus.

We discovered Coliform Bacteria in our well water, they were able to come and inspect things, then install a UV light purifier very quickly and at a very reasonable price. We had a Kinetico softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system installed in 2012. We have been extremely pleased with the system as well as the customer service provided by Quality Water Northwest. The entire system, installed with some planning into our 1960’s built home, was well worth the investment. The drinking water is delicious and the RO system has worked flawlessly. A bonus is that appliances requiring water never need to be de-scaled or have additional filtration. We also love the softened water.
